Payment via Card
We accept all types of cards, including Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, credit cards, and ATM cards. However, a 3.5 % bank card charge will be applied to all card payments. This charge is levied by the bank and not by Sherpa Himalaya Treks & Expedition Pvt.Ltd

Payment by Cash
Clients can pay in cash upon arrival in Nepal. This method allows clients to pay the exact amount equivalent to the services they have chosen, without any additional bank charges.
Bank Charges
A 3.5% extra charge is applied to all card payments. This charge is determined by the payment gateway of the bank. Some banks deduct this charge directly from the card, while others require the client to add the 3.5% to the total payment amount.
Bank service charges for deposits or transfers are the responsibility of the client (except for advance payments).

Our payment gateway is fully secured and complies with the rules and regulations set by Nepal Rastra Bank (the central bank of Nepal). We ensure that all transactions are monitored and protected to safeguard your financial information.
Privacy Details

Additional Information
- Advance Payment: Once the advance payment is made, Sherpa Himalaya will proceed with all necessary bookings. The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival in Nepal.
- Cancellation Policy: If a trip is canceled, the advance payment (30%) will not be refunded. However, trips can be rescheduled by settling any differences in cost.
- Bank Charges for Tours/Treks: All bank charges, transfer fees, or card payment fees are the responsibility of the client. The total amount to be paid will be as per the agreed deal. No additional charges will be applied except for the 3.5% card payment fee and bank service charges.
- Online Payment Link: Clients can use our secure online payment link to pay any desired amount using any card. The process is simple, fast, and secure.
- Booking Confirmation: After completing the booking and payment process, clients will receive a confirmation from our website.
- Currency Conversion: The conversion rate will be automatically applied during the payment process. We accept payments in all currencies.
