  • Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m / 4,265 ft)

    Your journey begins with your arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m / 4,265 ft), the vibrant capital city and main international gateway to Nepal via Tribhuvan International Airport. Upon landing, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Sherpa Himalaya, who will greet you with a traditional flower garland and a brief introduction to your upcoming adventure. Afterward, you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel, where you can relax, freshen up, and recover from jet lag, preparing yourself for the exciting Himalayan journey ahead.

  • Day 02: Drive / Flight from kathmandu to Pokhara (823m/2,700feet)

    The journey from Kathmandu (1,300 m / 4,265 ft) to Pokhara (823 m / 2,700 ft) is one of the most scenic and popular travel routes in Nepal, serving as the gateway to the Annapurna region. Travelers can either take a short 25–30 minute flight, offering breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayas, or enjoy a 6–8 hour drive through rivers, hills, terraced fields, and traditional villages.

    This journey is perfect for trekkers beginning their Himalayan adventure, as Pokhara is a peaceful lakeside city surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, including views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and the Annapurna range. It is the main starting point for many famous treks in Nepal, offering comfort, beauty, and easy access to the Annapurna trekking routes.

  • Day 03: Drive from Pokhara to Hile and Trek to Ulleri

    The journey begins with a scenic 1.5–2 hour drive from Pokhara (823 m / 2,700 ft) to Hile (approx. 1,430 m), passing through lush hills, rivers, and traditional villages. From Hile, the trek to Ulleri (2,050 m / 6,726 ft) takes around 3–4 hours, following a steady uphill trail through terraced farmlands and forested paths.

     

    The highlight of this section is the famous stone staircase climb, offering a rewarding experience with beautiful views of surrounding hills and glimpses of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre. This short yet scenic journey provides a perfect introduction to trekking in the Annapurna region, blending nature, culture, and mountain views.

  • Day 04: Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,850 m/ 9,350 feet), 4 - 5 hours trek

    Today as we finish our breakfast we will head towards Ghorepani. With normal uphill Trek of 4-5 hours through the rhododendron forest enjoying small village you will reach Ghorepani in the afternoon.

    This is also the last point of a short Trek called Ghorepani Poonhill Trek. This point provides you beautiful himlayan range of Annapurna Range mountains.

  • Day 05: Trek from Ghorepani (2,874 m / 9,429 ft) to Chuele (2,245 m / 7,365 ft) ( 6–7 hours)

    The trek from Ghorepani (2,874 m / 9,429 ft) to Chuele (2,245 m / 7,365 ft) takes around 6–7 hours and offers a peaceful descent through the beautiful landscapes of the Annapurna region.

    The trail passes through dense rhododendron and oak forests, traditional villages, and terraced farmlands, providing a refreshing and scenic walking experience. As you descend, you will enjoy changing landscapes, fresh mountain air, and occasional glimpses of the surrounding hills and distant Himalayan peaks.

    Chuele is a quiet settlement surrounded by natural beauty and rural charm, offering a peaceful atmosphere after a long day’s trek. This section is ideal for trekkers seeking a less-crowded route filled with nature, culture, and authentic Himalayan village life.

  • Day 06: Trek from Chuele to Sinuwa (2,300m /7,546 feet ) (6 -7 hours)

    The trek from Chuele (2,245 m / 7,365 ft) to Sinuwa (2,300 m / 7,546 ft) takes around 6–7 hours and offers a scenic and culturally rich journey through the lower Annapurna region.

    The trail passes through lush forests, terraced fields, and traditional villages, with a mix of gentle ascents and descents along well-marked paths. As you move closer to the Annapurna Conservation Area, the environment becomes greener and more serene, with fresh mountain air and occasional views of surrounding hills and valleys.

    Sinuwa is a peaceful settlement surrounded by dense forest and natural beauty, serving as an important stop on the route toward Annapurna Base Camp. This section of the trek provides a perfect balance of nature, culture, and gradual elevation gain, making it both enjoyable and rewarding for trekkers

  • Day 07: Trek from Sinuwa (2,300 m / 7,546 ft) to Deurali (3,200 m / 10,498 ft) (6-7 hrs)

    The trek from Sinuwa (2,300 m / 7,546 ft) to Deurali (3,200 m / 10,498 ft) takes approximately 6–7 hours and is one of the most scenic sections on the way to Annapurna Base Camp.

    The trail gradually ascends through dense rhododendron and bamboo forests, crossing rivers, wooden bridges, and peaceful mountain paths. As you gain elevation, the landscape becomes more rugged and dramatic, with deep valleys, cascading waterfalls, and closer views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

    This section of the trek offers a true wilderness experience inside the Annapurna Conservation Area, with fewer settlements and a stronger connection to nature. Deurali is a quiet high-altitude stop surrounded by towering cliffs and alpine scenery, making it a perfect resting point before entering the Annapurna Sanctuary.

  • Day 08: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m/13,545feet) via Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m/12135feet), 5- 6 hours

    It is one of the most spectacular sections of the entire Annapurna Sanctuary journey.The trail gradually ascends through alpine landscapes, glacier-fed rivers, and open valleys surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. As you approach Machapuchare Base Camp, the scenery becomes more dramatic, with close-up views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Hiunchuli, and Annapurna South dominating the skyline.

    From Machapuchare Base Camp, the route continues into the breathtaking Annapurna Sanctuary, where the landscape transforms into a natural amphitheater of snow-covered giants.
